While we strive for everything to be perfect, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. That’s why we provide product warranties for your reassurance. Please note that these warranties do not apply if your issue is regarding any of the following:

• Any Damage to Glass table tops and Wind Guards Post Delivery
• Cushions are not Covered
• Accidental damage or misuse on your furniture
• General wear and tear
• Any free items that were complimentary with the product
