Assembling the pergola is a straightforward process, but we recommend the assistance of 2-3 people for safe lifting and installation. For added stability, the expansion bolts included with the pergola allow you to securely fasten it to a flat, solid surface such as a concrete base. We strongly advise bolting all pergola legs to the floor using the pre-drilled holes in each leg base plate.
