Skotti Grill Lid/Cap

A Skotti Cap (Lid) is not only a premium stainless steel lid to make grilling easier in windy places, but it can be set up to be used in different ways to enhance the multifunctional cooking opportunities available for a Skotti. Without placing any limitations on it's fantastic portability, as the individual parts of packed in their own carry/storage bag or they can be transported together with the Skotti with all the parts fitting together in the grill bag.

Fits the regular Skotti model, but NOT the Skotti Max, which has its own Cap/Lid set

If the Skotti Cap (Lid) is assembled with two or three of the five stainless steel parts combined it can be converted into a simple windbreak plus a rotisserie can also be attached with just three or all four of the side parts. Or transform a Skotti Grill into a pizza oven when closed at the top and open on one side. When all five parts are combined together a complete hood is then made creating the option to cook way beyond typical bbq foods such as steaks or sausages cookin low and slow or baking bread or fish, meat and vegetable skewers, corn on the cob or larger pieces that require a longer cooking time.

Amazingly the Skotti Cap (Lid) includes a handles that will multi function as a pair of grill tongs so insert the bamboo wood of the barbecue tongs through two recesses in the long side of the Cap and lift to safety also making a hygienic easy to locate place for the tongs, plus there also robust, useful bottle opener integrated into the 8 mm thick aluminium head of the grill tongs for true multifunctionality.
